SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
BSCENE Magazine is East Texas’ ONLY regional social and lifestyle magazine, covering 9 counties and reaching out to more than 250,000 readers each issue! We are seeking a full or part-time, experienced advertising account executive to join our energetic and enthusiastic team in the Tyler/East Texas area. The successful candidate should possess the tools to interact with small business owners and national corporate accounts alike – representing BSCENE and its products in the community with hard work, passion and eagerness throughout our sales and distribution areas.
Qualifications:
• Applicants should have advertising or comparable sales experience, excellent interpersonal and corporate communication skills (English), good organizational abilities, reliable transportation and a working knowledge of the Internet and basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
Duties:
• Account Executives will attend weekly sales meetings, generate local sales leads, cold call to establish new relationships and leads, set and manage appointments, travel (limited area) for meetings/events, follow up with new and established clients to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction, network at community events and achieve sales goals determined by director. They will also work closely with the Production Department and their clients on the content and direction of the clients’ ads.
